PGA Collaborations

Working with the profession, East and West.

AGS collaborates with PGA professionals and partners across both ends of the bridge to connect Asian golfers with the home of golf.

AGS at an international golf tournament

At Asian Golf Scotland we have deep experience working alongside PGA Professionals, golf academies, and junior development programmes from across Asia. Over the years we have welcomed both junior and adult groups to Scotland and run world-class training camps in the Home of Golf.

Every academy has different goals — elite player development, team preparation, or simply giving students an unforgettable international golf experience. Our job is to make the whole process seamless, so the PGA Professional can focus entirely on coaching while we handle every logistical detail.

What we take care of

  • Complete tour planning and itinerary management
  • Luxury accommodation and private transport throughout Scotland
  • Guaranteed practice and coaching facilities
  • Access to world-renowned courses and training venues
  • Practice rounds and tournament entries
  • Access to facilities at the University of St Andrews (subject to availability)
  • Indoor coaching spaces and performance training facilities
  • Gym, fitness, and recovery facilities
  • Golf club transport and equipment logistics
  • Airport meet-and-greet
  • Cultural experiences, sightseeing, and whisky tours for accompanying family and guests
  • Dedicated on-the-ground support from the AGS team throughout your visit

Whether you are bringing a small group of elite juniors, a university team, or an academy of adult golfers, we build a bespoke camp around your coaching objectives.

With our own people in both Scotland and Asia, we bridge coaches, players, and Scotland's most iconic golf — so every camp is professionally run, memorable, and genuinely good value.

Partner with us and let your students train where the game began.

ASGA — Andrew Smith Golf Academy, Shenzhen

Led by Andrew Smith, a PGA Professional with more than 25 years' experience in China, ASGA is a feeder partner in Shenzhen that connects Chinese golfers and juniors toward AGS — and Andrew runs golf clinics on tour. ASGA is based in China, distinct from the AGS Academy's own programme in Scotland.

Our partners

  • Andrew Smith · ASGA (Shenzhen)

PGA Professional with 25+ years' experience in China. His academy in Shenzhen is a feeder partner, and Andrew runs golf clinics on tour.

  • Global Golf Group (美金熊)

Our China-side partner for the junior golf camps.

  • Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky

The bottling partner behind the AGS “Courses of Scotland” whisky collection.

AGS bringing Asian golfers to play in Scotland will be great for the sport's growth and development in Asia and so too for the Scottish economy.

Student success story

One of our proudest stories began with a junior golfer from China who joined us for a summer camp in St Andrews.

He came for the golf, but took away far more. He trained at world-class facilities, played historic courses, got under the skin of Scottish culture, and fell for the atmosphere of St Andrews — the Home of Golf.

It left such a mark that he came back the following year to study at the University of St Andrews.

This is exactly what we're here for. We don't just run tours and training camps — we create experiences that change the course of a young person's life through golf, education, and time spent in another culture.

As he starts university in Scotland, our team stays alongside him — from settling into student life to keeping him close to golf, local life, and the wider Scottish community. He will always have the Asian Golf Scotland family beside him.

We are more than a business. We are a family.
